BYANCA’S EVENTS & DECOR IS A LATINA, WOMAN OWNED BUSINESS THAT STARTED IN LAS VEGAS OVER 20 YEARS AGO. FOUNDER AND OWNER, ROSA CORRAL HAS TURNED HER SMALL DECOR AND PLANNING BUSINESS INTO ONE OF LAS VEGAS’ MAJOR RENTAL COMPANIES. SHE TAKES PRIDE IN BEING AN ESSENTIAL VENDOR USED BY LOCAL CASINOS AND LOCAL EVENT PLANNERS.

We specialize in turning wedding dreams into reality — from the beginning of the design stage to executing a beautiful themed event. Creating standout floral décor, linens, props, and more is our main goal. Beyond weddings, we help families celebrate life’s special moments — from birthdays to baby showers — with thoughtful, stylish setups.
We’re proud to work with casinos, hotels, corporations and local businesses for their event and holiday décor needs. We value the strong relationships we’ve built by collaborating with vendors throughout the Las Vegas community.

Rosa Corral is the owner and heart behind Byanca’s Events & Décor. With a hands-on approach from start to finish, she makes sure every wedding, celebration, and event becomes a meaningful and memorable experience.

Derrik Corral
Accounting
As Rosa’s son, Derrik plays an important role in the family business by managing accounting, financial tracking, and day-to-day reporting.
Perla Casillas
Office Manager
Perla manages daily operations, scheduling, vendor coordination, and contract organization. She has grown with the company from back-of-house support to leading our front-office logistics and ensuring every detail runs smoothly.
Erna D'Amelio
Marketing/Graphic Design
Erna leads Byanca’s marketing, social media, and graphic design. Whether she’s building your presentation, designing unique visuals, or engaging with our community online, she’s here to make sure your vision feels personal, polished, and memorable.
